Review: Motion Computing F5 Tablet

04.24.08 | Comment?

Motion, one of the best known computing companies in the world, has recently released their newest Tablet PC, the F5.

This is a very unique Tablet PC, one that weighs in at a mere 3 lbs. and sports a 1.2GHz Intel Core Solo processor and 40GB hard drive.

Just a few of the other specs on this model are as follows:

•945GM chipset

•Windows XP operating system

•Magnesium alloy casting

•Bluetooth

•Integrated EV-DO Rev.A Novatel Wireless

•2.0-megapixel camera

•Docking station with three USB ports

•3 year Field Warranty

This is a great Tablet PC to check out, whether you are new to the Tablet PC world or have years of experience with these fantastic devices.

Although the design of this Tablet PC is aimed towards the vertical market because of its military standard specs, it is still very consumer friendly and would be a great purchase for any user.

The F5 is solid and sturdy, and will definitely be able to take the wear and tear of your everyday life, which is very important if you travel around a lot as I do.

I am excited to see a new Tablet PC release from Motion, and cannot wait to get my hands on the F5.
